Sebasian, Tracey and I visited Pisa, home to the famous leaning tower.

These shots show just how much the tower is sloping. There was still work going on to stabilise the tower while we were there.
The flag pole is vertical. The tower walls are not! Another good impression of just how much out of true the tower has become.
The view from the top was pretty impressive. The weather was bright, but it was quite cold really.
The tower was fascinating, and really strange to walk up inside. Since the spiral staircase is very dark, and you cannot see out very well, the shifting slope of the floor is very disconcerting.
