Cooking for Men: Ingredients
  • Two ounces of broken tortilla chips
  • One large, medium-strength red chilli
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • Half a large red onion
  • One clove of garlic
  • One teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Two slices of jalapeno chillies (optional)
  • Three large tomatoes
    (Or, four tablespoons of Salsa, instead of the above 7 ingredients)
  • One ounce of grated cheese
  • Four large, organic eggs
  • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Freshly-ground black pepper
