  • One clove of garlic (optional)
  • Three tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • One tin of chopped tomatoes
  • Half a teaspoon, plus three teaspoons of salt
  • Freshly-ground black pepper (optional)
  • Half a ounce of cheese (optional)
  • Six ounces of spagetti
