Cooking for Men: Ingredients

(Serves 4)

  • 3 or 4 courgettes, or 5 sticks of celery
  • 5 or 6 small tomatoes, on the vine if possible
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • One small chilli (optional)
  • 6 stoned black olives (optional)
  • One lemon
  • Four tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • Freshly-ground black pepper
  • Fresh or dried herbs, rosemary, oregano
