  • Three or four large leeks
  • Two pints of chicken stock
    or three chicken stock cubes
  • Two tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Freshly-ground black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Four (or more) soft stoneless prunes
  • Splash of Scotch Whisky (optional)
  • Two skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • Five whole peppercorns
  • One small dried chilli (optional)
  • One clove of garlic (optional)
  • One small and tender baby leek
