In March 2019, Twos and Threes Hideaway presented an Indonesian Rijsttafel experience, featuring many classic dishes from the Dutch East Indies.

From Indonesian BBQ Pork to Beef Rendang and Nasi Goring, all the favourite dishes were there. Guests were able to explore the unusual fruits and spices used in the nine courses.

We were also able to offer "magic" Sharish gin, flavoured with blue pea flowers, which changes colour when you add tonic water.
