For our Midsummer Night's Dream event, we offered a Shakespeare themed menu with courses named after characters in the play. "Hermia and Lysander" was a pair of truffled egg custards topped with flowers and served with toasted fingers.

Our guests were entertained by performances from two strolling players presenting excerpts from the play by William Shakespeare.

There was dancing around the maypole and a specialist gin bar before dinner, while guests were able to relax in the outdoor pavillion over coffee and inspect the lights in the fairy grotto.
